Payment Options

Origin24 offers an alternative secure payment method via PayPal. You can pay with PayPal without the need to register an account or use your existing PayPal account and check out quickly with no need to enter your debit or credit card details.

Important Notes On Currency Fluctuation
Note to the PayPal Customers.
When we refund customers, we process the refund amount in Euro at the price it was originally sold at in Euro. In the time that passes between the original purchase and the refund the currency may have fluctuated up or down. We are unable to adjust this amount and any amount that customers may have lost or gained due to the currency rate fluctuation. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Origin24 offers an alternative secure payment method via PayPal. PayPal do not insist you open an account, making payment by Credit or Debit card even easier. It’s advised you do create an account to enable the benefits of signing up with PayPal, such as buyer protection and faster checkout next time without the need to enter your card details.
When paying through PayPal the total order amount will be paid for immediately at checkout when you commit to buy. The items will then be despatched when we process the order as quickly as we can. Any cancelled orders will be refunded as quickly as possible. Any returns will always be charged back to your original payment method.

Add items to your basket, then select checkout in the usual way and follow the on screen instructions

PayPal will then charge you for the order total amount and pay this amount to Origin24. You will not be charged an administration fee for using this service.
If the order is successfully created you will be redirected to a thank you page showing your order number and items ordered.
You will then receive 2 emails, 1 from PayPal to confirm your payment and 1 from Origin24 to confirm your order.
If you are redirected to an error page or do not receive an online confirmation email from us then it is likely that an error prevented the creation of the order at Origin24. If you are not sure please log into your Origin24 customer account. If the order does not appear there within 5 minutes then it was not successfully created.
If you receive an email from PayPal stating that you have paid for your order but do not receive an email from Origin24, please log into your account and check that the order was successfully created there. If it was not please contact mailorder@origin24.com quoting your name, Origin24 account email address, paypal account email address, the items that you ordered and any vouchers that you used. We will then be able to recreate the order and find your PayPal payment to link it to.

Presently we only accept Euros as payment, and all prices shown on our site are shown in Euros.
Your credit card company or paypal will covert the currency at the point of purchase and charge you in your local currency as per the exchange rate at the time of purchase. Origin24 has no control over this process and suggest that customers check the exchange rates before purchasing.



Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days of receipt and we will issue a full refund.
Please enclose your completed returns form, which can be found on the back of your invoice enclosed with your order. If you have lost your invoice, you can request another by contacting us using the contact form on this site.

Please make sure the item is not visibly worn, damaged, marked in anyway with pen or grease, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable.
All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labeling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. This INCLUDES the outer box that the shoes come in. If the box is damaged it means the shoes cannot be resold to another customer, we don’t have spare boxes.
Occasionally we offer free items with your purchase. If you are returning your item for a refund any free item(s) must also be returned at the same time.

The Irish Distance Selling Regulations advise you have seven working days to cancel the contract for your order with us and we will issue you with a full refund.
The seven working days starts from the day after you receive your order.
We need written confirmation of cancellation from you, so you’ll need to contact us quoting your order number.
If you have already received your order, you will need to return all the items in the order.
The items must be in their original condition and will be inspected once we have received them.

All international customers are responsible for the costs in sending items back to Origin24.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to change an item, you will have to return the item(s) back to Origin24 for a refund and place a new order.

Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the items to us in their original condition and packaging and we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge). You must take reasonable care of it and return it to us in a condition that allows us to re-sell the item. If the item is damaged though you only have 7 days to tell us, please don’t wear it or wash it.

Please make sure the item is not visibly worn, damaged, marked in anyway with pen or grease, washed, smells of smoke, aftershave, perfume, deodorant or washing powder, or is any condition that we deem renders the item unsaleable. This includes wearing shoes outside where the sole becomes marked and no longer is box fresh.

All items must be returned with all relevant swing tags, labeling, branding and any accompanying marketing material specific to the item. This INCLUDES the outer box for shoes, please don’t stick stamps to box and return it like that!
Occasionally we offer Free items with your purchase. If you are returning your item for a refund these free item must also be returned at the same time.



Privacy Policy

Origin24 is committed to protecting your privacy when you use our on-line, telephone or other services. In this policy we explain how and why we collect your information, what we do with it and what controls you have over our use of it.
From time to time, we add or change functions, features or products to our Web Sites or add or change Services.  This, and our commitment to protecting the privacy of your personal information, may result in periodic changes to this Privacy Policy.  As a result, please remember to refer back to this Privacy Policy regularly to review any amendments.

By using any of the sites within our web site network (“Web Sites”) or our Services, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy.

Origin24 collects and processes information about you in order to:
(i) identify you each time you visit our Web Site or wish to have a Service provided;

(ii) process orders or applications submitted by you;
?(iii) improve our Services and Web Sites
(iv) Customise your experience, for example, provide advertisements that we think are relevant to you and which support any specific requests for information you may make through keyword searches;

You may be asked, either when you register with us, or at other times, for information about yourself, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address and telephone number.  You may also be asked to share with us your interests, hobbies and preferences. In addition, when you order certain goods or services from our Web Sites, we will need to know your credit/payment card number and expiration date.
You are under no obligation to provide this information, but if you don’t then we may not be able to provide you with certain services or personalise your experience and tailor our Services for you (for example, tell you about special offers on things you’re interested in).

When you visit our Web Sites, we automatically log your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet) which is automatically recognised by our web server.  We use IP addresses to help us administer our Web Sites and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use.  We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.

We may automatically collect non-personal information about you such as the type of internet browsers you use or the site from which you linked to our Web Sites.  You cannot be identified from this information and it is only used to assist us in providing an effective service on our Web Sites. We may from time to time supply the owners or operators of third party sites from which it is possible to link to our Web Sites with information relating to the number of users linking to our Web Sites from their sites. You cannot be identified from this information.

Cookies are pieces of information that a Web Site transfers to your hard drive to store and sometimes track information about you.  Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can change your browser to prevent that.  However, you may not be able to take full advantage of a Web Site if you do so.  Cookies are specific to the server that created them and cannot be accessed by other servers, which means they cannot be used to track your movements around the web.  Although they do identify a user’s computer, cookies do not personally identify customers or passwords.  Credit card information is not stored in cookies.

Origin24 will not share, sell or rent your personal information to third parties.  However, we may disclose your personal information to third party suppliers who provide services on our behalf.

Origin24 may disclose aggregate statistics about our sales, our Web Site visitors and customers of our telephone services in order to describe our services to prospective partners, advertisers and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes, but these statistics will not include personally identifying information.

Origin24 may disclose personal information if required to do so by law or if it believes that such action is necessary to protect and defend the rights, property or personal safety of Origin24 and its Web Sites, visitors to the Web Sites and customers of our Services.
Our Web Site contains links to the sites of third parties.  When you visit these sites, we suggest that you read their privacy policies. Origin24 is not responsible for the privacy policies or the content of such sites.

It is very important to us that we provide you with the highest level of service.  In order to help us do this, from time to time Origin24  companies may send you details of our products and services which we think may be of interest to you.  If at any time you do not wish to receive these details, please e-mail us at info@origin24.com

Origin24  places great importance on the security of all information associated with our customers. We have security measures in place to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of customer data under our control.  For example, our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorised personnel have access to user information. With regard to our Web Sites, we use secure server software (SSL) to encrypt financial information you input before it is sent to us.  While we cannot ensure or guarantee that loss, misuse or alteration of data will not occur, we use our best efforts to prevent this.

Information which you submit via our Web Sites or our telephone services is stored on a computer located in the European Economic Area.  This is necessary in order to process the information and to send you any information you have requested.  Information submitted by you may be transferred by us to our other offices and to reputable third party suppliers, which may be situated outside the European Economic Area.  Not all countries outside the EEA have data protection or privacy laws.  In addition, if you use our Services while you are outside the EEA, your information may be transferred outside the EEA in order to provide you with those Services.
